This Bill entitles any citizen of Abia State who's 60 years old and above, gets free monthly salary, free medical bills, and other benefits till death. What an impressive move of good governance? There is nothing more wonderful than this .  This is also proof that there is money in the country. When the right leadership is in power, everything works like magic.
