End of SDG Month: IAWPA Commends Enugu State Government on SDG Commitment

The International Association of World Peace Advocates (IAWPA) has issued words of commendation to the government of Enugu State, led by Governor Peter Mbah, for its commitment to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).  This commendation which was in a statement issued by the association s Spokesman said is based on a review of the state government's commitments to the attainment of SDG goals, which began early this year. Key Highlights of Governor Mbah's Commitment to SDGs include Sustainable Development Agenda which is evident in  Governor Mbah's administration outlining its commitment to the attainment of SDGs, emphasizing inclusive economic growth, sector competitiveness, and sustainable economic, social, and environmental resilience for all citizens. 5000 Tree Panting in Rivers State, Nigeria.

The 5000 Tree Planting was initiated by the Paramount Ruler of Rumuibekwe Community, River State, Nigeria shortly after when he was honoured as an Eminent Peace Ambassador by our association. The event was facilitated by Amb. Emmanuel Nkweke and moderated by Amb. Sam Ogoin. Below are the pictures.
