Oyo State Insecurity

Oyo State’s recent security concerns highlight the urgent need for effective early warning systems. Through IAWPA’s PeaceTech initiative, communities can access zero-rated SMS, USSD, and WhatsApp channels to anonymously report threats and support rapid response before crises escalate.

We call on the Ooni of Ife, traditional rulers, and key stakeholders across the South-West to endorse and support PeaceTech in building safer, more secure communities for all.
